Vegan Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 500g Carman's Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli
- 1 litre almond or coconut milk
- 350g vanilla bean COYO (dairy free yoghurt)
- 1/2 papaya
- micro herbs, black sesame seeds, to serve
Method
- Preparation time: 15 mins

- Combine Apple, Date & Cinnamon Muesli and almond/coconut milk in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. (The finished bircher can be stored in a sealed container and will last as long as the best before date on the milk.)
- To serve, scoop the bircher into bowls and top with a spoon or two of COYO, some papaya, a touch of micro herbs and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
