All positions at Carman’s are unique, but we do know there are qualities that will help you thrive:
- Consumer centric approach. As Carolyn says, ‘the customer is our only stakeholder.’ Decisions we make and projects we choose to work on (and the ones we don’t) are driven first and foremost by consumer needs.
- Team-oriented by nature. Our small team spends a lot of time together, whether in meetings, socially or getting creative with new concepts. You’ll be widely supported to advance your own solutions and help develop the ideas of others.
- Enjoy a relaxed, calm and fun environment. We take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves! Carolyn and the wider leadership team are incredibly approachable, active listeners; titles are less important here than the ability to get the job done.

We take our time to assess opportunities and approach projects diligently, but the nature of being a small team means the individual scope of work for each person is broader than that of traditional FMCG companies. People looking to extend their knowledge and who enjoy being busy absolutely love this.

Life at Carman’s
